Peace to You

The sweet image is from PSX - called "Winter Robins". I water coloured the image using Stampin up and Tombow markers. The sentiment is from Studio G. The holy leaves on the faux tile grid are from Walmart. I used Stampin Up's itty bitty background stamp on the faux tile panel.

Sock Monkey Girl says "Hello"

Well it was a SNOW DAY for me.... tones of time to play in my little old craft room :)

I made this cute little Bugaboo Digi Stamp - Sock monkey card for some challenges over at Splitcoast Stampers, plus this weeks challenge at Crazy 4 Challenges - to use circles on your card/project.

For the Technique challenge #TLC300 we were asked to use at least two of the previous technique challenges - I used TLC133 - gamsol magic (colouring with prisma colour pencil crayons and gamsol) and TLC160 - Cuttlebug negative effect (Ink up cuttlebug folder - put card stock in folder and run through the bug) - I also sprinkled clear embossing powder onto the card stock - ink was still wet and heat embossed - that is what gave the bg the shine. I coloured the sock monkey image with prisma colour pencil crayons and gamsol. The Clean and Simple challenge #CAS94 - was sponging. I sponged the embossed panel edges and over the raised circles with Basic brown ink and around the circles behind the little sock monkey.

Stampalicious Challenge - Paper Piecing

It's time for another Totally Stampalicious Challenge - this weeks challenge is PAPER PIECING. I chose to use this cute Totally Stampalicious "Willameana" image and sentiment for my paper piecing.

We are getting ready for another release

Totally Stampalicious is having a Blog Hop

Thursday, November 18th @

9 PM Eastern Time

I stamped the image three times. Twice onto water colour paper and once onto the "Amuse" checked designer paper. I coloured the Santa list on the bottom image and only her head on the other. Cut out the coloured head, and from the dp stamped image her headband and pj's. On the pj's I used a SU Regal Rose marker and a white gel pen to colour part of the collar and zipper and pockets, plus the headband was coloured with Regal Rose marker. I cut out a piece of dp for the floor and drew in some lines with a Prisma colour pencil crayon and smudge the lines to make it look like a hardwood floor. Willameana's head and pj's are popped up. I added the little flower rhinestones to her headband and to the little wooden Teddy bears belly. Added Fruit Punch Stickles her collar, pockets, headband and to the trees on the DP. The designer paper is from My Minds Eye - Colourful Christmas.

Below is a card I made for today's CAS sketch challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers. The mug and sentiment are from Totally Stampalicious's "Coffee Brawd" set. I paper pieced the mug, I stamped the sentiment onto Shrinky Dink and heated it in the oven. Cut out the mug with exacto knife, tied on the sentiment.

Used nestability to cut out the white acrylic textured paper, sponged around the nestiblity with Regal Rose ink to make the pink frame, I hand cut the black matting to match the nesty shape. I cut JJ out and placed her on top of the white acrylic panel. Added Pink Stickles around image and onto the CB sentiment tag. On the pink center panel I used a Martha Stewart polkadot background stamp - inked stamp up with versa mark ink and stamped onto textured pink paper and clear embossed dots. Stampalicious & C4C challange card - Pimp my Ride

Happy Stampalicious Monday everyone.... Hope you all had a great Halloween, my DH and I were lucky to have three our of four of our sweet Grand daughters stop by and show us their adorable costumes :)

Today's Totally Stampalicious challenge is to use a red bow somewhere on your card or project. As you can see - I only have a teeny tiny red bow ... but I DO have a red bow :)

I used the new "Pimp my Ride Stella" and sentiment from the Totally Stampalicious Bugaboo line. Stella was stamped on water colour paper and coloured with Tombow markers. I cut out the image and placed it over the oval (snowflake embossed) panel. I added Stampendous Crystal Snow to the ground and under the sentiment. I added Crystal effects to Stella's glasses. The DP is from My Mind's Eye. I punched out three Real REd 1/2" circles and put clear acrylic circles over top.

I used the sketch from Crazy 4 Challenges.

I hope you will join us over at Totally Stampalicious. Check out what the other DT have come up with to inspire you. Make sure to leave us a link to your Blog or gallery on Mr. Linky.
